SKIPPERING AUBURN LASS
Club skippers are vetted by the committee, and during any booking a club skipper or other suitably qualified and vetted skipper must be on board, together with a competent first mate capable of navigating home in case of an emergency.
BOOKING FEES 2025
When booking Auburn Lass for sailing trips we request a contribution to her maintenance proportional to the length of the booking. The club does not operate for profit, the charge is purely a mechanism to recoup the cost of her upkeep and will be adjusted periodically to reflect ongoing costs.

Navigation exercises from Cardiff to Bristol cost £50 per person.

Non members pay an additional £20.00 per day
Guests must become temporary members of the club and complete a temporary membership form (to be found on the Dropbox in the HSC Handbook folder, Appendix A4)
Deposits – £100 must be paid at the time of booking.

Sort Code and account number can be obtained from the secretary.
Please use booking dates as reference and e-mail the HSC Treasurer to inform of payment. The balance of fees is due at the time of your sailing trip.
